Barbara Casey and her staff of counselors, caseworkers, and attorneys assist in all types of adoptions, surrogacy, and adoption/assisted reproductive law. We specialize in domestic infants of all races. We provide placement and counseling services in all 50 states but restrict relative adoptions, American refinalizations and home study/post placement services to Pennsylvania. We complete approximately 100 placements yearly.
